Listed are recent arrests by various law enforcement agencies in Bosque County, alphabetically by last name. Click here to view last week’s report. Arrests between 3/19/2021 and 3/26/2021 include:

Michael Paydan Beard, of Whitney, charged with possession of a controlled substance, PG 1, under one gram, and possession of drug paraphernalia, arrested March 19 by the Bosque County Sheriff’s Office.

Alexander Charles Bradford, of San Antonio, charged with possession of a controlled substance, PG 2, between one and four grams, arrested March 23 by the Bosque County Sheriff’s Office.

Brent Lynn Christian, of Walnut Springs, wanted on a motion to adjudicate guilt on a violation of court-ordered supervision for obstruction/retaliation, arrested March 19 by the Bosque County Sheriff’s Office.

Oney Travis Cox, of Purmela, charged with driving while license invalid with previous convictions or suspensions without a final resolution, arrested March 21 by the Bosque County Sheriff’s Office.

Raul Ricardo Gonzalez, of Itasca, charged with assault against a family/household member impeding breath/circulation, arrested March 20 by the Bosque County Sheriff’s Office.

Kyle Scott Law, of Clifton, wanted on motions to revoke court-ordered supervision on charges of deadly conduct discharging a firearm, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, and possession of a controlled substance, PG 1, under one gram, arrested March 23 by the Bosque County Sheriff’s Office.

Humza Mahmood, of Sugar Land, charged with possession of a controlled substance, PG 3, under 28 grams, and possession of marijuana under two ounces, arrested March 24 by the Bosque County Sheriff’s Office.

David Keith Rester, of Morgan, wanted for failure to appear on a charge of possession of a dangerous drug, arrested March 19 by the Bosque County Sheriff’s Office.

Manuel Santino Sanchez, of Waco, charged with unlawfully carrying a weapon, possession of marijuana under two ounces, and possession of drug paraphernalia, arrested March 22 by the Clifton Police Department.

Jason Ray Smith, of Clifton, wanted for a parole violation, arrested March 19 by the Bosque County Sheriff’s Office.

Justin Wade Coalson, of Hamilton, serving time on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, transferred March 22 by the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office.

Christopher James Hastings, of Austin, serving time on a charge of with driving while intoxicated, transferred March 21 by the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office.

Christopher Ray Pruitt, of Roxboro, serving time on a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle, transported March 22 by the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office.

Sabrina Rainbolt, of Evant, serving time for out of county warrants for forgery, possession of a controlled substance, PG 1, between 200 and 400 grams, resisting arrest, search, or transport, abandoning/endangering a child criminal negligence, and assault against a peace officer/judge authority district court, transferred March 19 by the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office.

Robert Lee Register Jr, of Gatesville, serving time on a charge of manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance, PG 1, between four and 200 grams, transported March 22 by the Hamilton county Sheriff’s Office.

Sean Martin Seaver, of Benbrook, serving time on out-of-county warrants for possession of a controlled substance, PG 3, under 28 grams, and driving while license invalid, transferred March 20 by the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office.

Christopher Ray Shaw, of Evant, serving time for evading arrest detention with a vehicle, possession of a controlled substance, PG 1, between one and four grams, possession of a controlled substance, PG 2, between four and 400 grams, and possession of marijuana under two ounces, transferred March 19 by the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office.

Cody Michael Smith, of Gatesville, serving time on charges of public intoxication and resisting arrest, search, or transport, transferred March 20 by the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office.

Stephen Shane Smith, of Gatesville, serving time on charges of resisting arrest and public intoxication, transferred March 20 by the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office.
