More than 20 vehicles joined in for a final send-off and well wishing for Trace Hendricks as he is set to be sworn in January 1 as Bosque County Sheriff.

Last week, the Clifton Police Department hosted a parade in honor of the outgoing Police Chief, Trace Hendricks. Many dropped cards, waved from afar, and stopped to chat for a while with the chief. Organizers put the word out the day before on Facebook, as December 15 was Hendricks’ last day. Bosque County Spay Neuter, Charlie’s Towing, Clifton PD Officers and townsfolk joined in on the send-off.

Trace Hendricks served 10 years total with the Clifton Police Department, with seven of those as Chief. Good luck Chief and thank you for your service to the Clifton Community.
