NSDAR Library accepts donation of “Lost and Found”, local tale of Norwegian abducted by Comanches

Local members of Bosque River Valley Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution are excited to announce that the NSDAR Library accepted a local book donation.

The book, “Three Months with the Wild Indians, A Brief Sketch of the Life of Ole T. Nystel” has been accepted by the NSDAR Library in Washington, D.C.    The book donation was received on May 25, 2021 by Chapter Librarian Susan Ferguson on behalf of Bosque River Valley Chapter, National Society Daughters of the American Revolution.  Mrs. Ferguson and Chapter Regent Sue Fielden expressed their excitement to have a book pertaining to Norwegian history in Bosque County accepted by the NSDAR Library.
