Two guys in a black Hyundai Sonata have been spotted acting strangely close to Ida B. Wells High School in the Hillsdale neighborhood, and Portland police are looking into the incident.
On Nov. 20 at 6:30 p.m., a student claimed that a dark car carrying two or more guys followed her home after practice, slowing down and speeding up to keep up with her. According to the student, she fled safely home when a man got out of the car and glared at her while she was hiding behind a dumpster.
