The most expensive residential real estate sale in central Oregon over the previous week is a $1.9 million home in Sisters.

Over the course of the last week, 71 residential real estate sales with an average price of $670,440 were reported in the region. $358 was the average cost per square foot.

Even though the property may have sold earlier, the values in the list below relate to real estate sales for which the title was recorded during the week of December 16.
