Joeramon Janas was traveling west in his silver 2007 Toyota Tacoma at 12:52 a.m. when he swerved to avoid a dog in the road. Janas swerved off the road while trying to change his direction, colliding with a utility pole and flipping the car over.
Cy-Fair Medics declared Janas dead at around 1:03 a.m. after first responders discovered him unconscious inside his truck. The Vehicular Crimes Division of the Harris County Sheriff’s Office is presently investigating the event.
