Three Arrested in La Marque Aggravated Robbery Case; Firearms Seized

Three individuals have been taken into custody by the La Marque Police Department (LMPD) in relation to an aggravated robbery that took place in the parking lot of Mike’s Convenience Store, which is situated in the 2300 block of Cedar Drive in La Marque.

Three men approached the victims in the store parking lot on the night of the heist. Following a brief encounter, the suspects robbed the victims while holding them at gunpoint. After after, the suspects drove off in a white passenger car.

LMPD detectives named 25-year-old Francisco Quintana of Houston as a suspect after the incident. With the help of Harris County Precinct 4 Deputy Constables, he was taken into custody during a traffic check, during which one firearm was seized. Aggravated Robbery was the offense brought against Quintana.

A search warrant was executed at an apartment in Houston’s 7000 block of Schuller Road as a result of the LMPD’s investigation. Four people were taken into custody after the warrant was served with the assistance of the Houston Police Department SWAT unit. Additionally, five more firearms and a sizable quantity of ammunition were found during the search.

Among those taken into custody was Houston resident Hugo Tabora, 21, who was accused of aggravated robbery. Additionally, Tabora was wanted from Florida for Aggravated Battery. Maleek Hall, a 22-year-old Houston native, was taken into custody and accused with aggravated robbery.

Grace Crossland, 20, of Houston, was taken into custody on a pending Tennessee aggravated burglary warrant. Another woman was arrested, however she was eventually freed without being charged.
