Houston police are looking into a deadly collision that happened near the 8500 block of Guinevere Street in the Pleasantville Area on Sunday, December 1, at around five in the morning.
When he lost control of his lane, a 62-year-old man—whose identification is still being confirmed by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences—was traveling west in a silver Honda Accord. The car crashed into a tree after hitting the median and then the sidewalk.
When paramedics from the Houston Fire Department arrived on the scene, they declared the man dead. The cause of the crash is still being investigated.
