Homes at or under $900,000 in Portland metro area, Dec. 16 to 22

Between December 16 and December 22, prospective homebuyers who were thinking about the real estate market had a variety of possibilities in different neighborhoods around the region. This article lists recent Portland metro area real estate sales, all of which included properties under $900,000.

The best six properties in each neighborhood are broken down here, chosen for their proximity to the desired price range and the largest living spaces.

Although a property may have sold earlier, the properties listed below are for real estate sales for which the title was recorded during the week of December 16.

1. $900K, 4 bedrooms / 3 baths

In December, the ownership of this single-family home with four bedrooms and three bathrooms changed. The 2,504-square-foot house, which is situated in the 3100 block of S.E. 300th Ave., Washougal, sold for $900,000, or $359 per square foot. The property was constructed in 1994 and is situated on a 1.3-acre lot. On December 10, the agreement was completed.

2. $893K, 5 bedrooms / 4 bathrooms

When it sold in October, the detached home on the 1100 block of N. 44th Pl., Ridgefield, gave another possibility below the desired price range for $893,171 ($278 per square foot). Located on a 7,064-square-foot lot, this 2024-built home boasts 3,211 square feet of living area, five bedrooms, and four bathrooms. On October 18, the agreement was concluded.

3. $890K, 6 bedrooms / 4 bathrooms

This quadruplex, which has six bedrooms and four bathrooms and is located in Portland’s 1800 block of S.E. Morrison St., sold for $890,000 in December, or $307 per square foot. Built in 1905, the property has a 5,000-square-foot lot and has 2,896 square feet of living space. On December 12, the agreement was concluded.

Built in 2024 and located in the 1200 block of S. 48th Pl., Ridgefield, this single-family home sold for $880,285 (or $340 per square foot) in November. The house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and 2,587 square feet of living space. The land is 6,817 square feet in size. On November 5, the agreement was concluded.

5. $880K, 6 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms

A duplex in Portland’s 600 block of S.W. Sherman St. with six bedrooms and two bathrooms saw a change of ownership in December. Originally constructed in 1898, the 2,110-square-foot property sold for $880,000, or $417 per square foot. The lot is 2,475 square feet in size. On December 12, the agreement was concluded.

6. $880K, 4 bedrooms / 3 baths

The single-family home in Portland’s 5000 block of N.E. Mallory Ave. was built in 1922 and sold for $880,000 ($464 per square foot) in December. The house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and 1,898 square feet of living space. The land is 5,000 square feet in size. On December 10, the agreement was completed.
