According to police, a guy allegedly stole a Ferrari supercar in Northwest Portland, but it was returned to its owner on Thursday afternoon.
Kevin John Miller, 36, the guy accused of stealing it, has been arrested on charges of unlawfully using a vehicle and possessing a stolen car in addition to an active warrant.
Around 2:00 p.m., the owner of a 2023 Ferrari SF90 Spider Hybrid called the police to report that the vehicle had been taken close to the junction of Lovejoy Street and Northwest 10th Avenue. While tracing the car’s whereabouts, the owner informed police that it was located approximately seven blocks from the suspected theft scene, at the intersection of Northwest 16th Avenue and Kearney Street.
The automobile was discovered parked on the street by officers who were already there. After learning that two suspects had left the vehicle, the cops apprehended the two, identified Miller as the culprit in the theft, and took him into custody, according to the police.
According to the police, the car, which is worth $900,000, was not harmed.
