Suspect Arrested in Fatal Shooting of Houston Man on Wuthering Heights Drive

After Brandon Davis, 34, was shot and killed on November 26, 2024, a 30-year-old guy named Marlon Weatherspoon was taken into custody and charged with murder. The event happened at a house at 4131 Wuthering Heights Drive at approximately 4:30 p.m.

When patrol officers from the Houston Police Department (HPD) arrived on the scene, they discovered Davis laying in the driveway with multiple gunshot wounds. Shortly later, Houston Fire Department paramedics came and declared Davis dead.
