Two Teens Apprehended in Spring Following Foot Chase, Warrants and Stolen Cards Uncovered

Deputies from Harris County Constable Mark Herman’s Office were called to the 23400 block of Canyon Lake Drive on December 6, 2024, in response to allegations of suspicious activity in the neighborhood.

When deputies arrived, they ran into the culprits, who took off running. Following a short pursuit, the two were captured and identified as 16-year-old male juvenile and 17-year-old Jaden Choice.

Choice had two active warrants for evading arrest, two for criminal trespass, and one for terrorist threat, according to investigations. Several stolen debit and credit cards were discovered in the custody of the young suspect.

Choice’s bond is still pending in County Court 7 after she was taken into custody and put into the Harris County Jail. After being taken to the Harris County Juvenile Detention Center, the minor was accused of possessing identifying information.
