Two Venezuelan nationals, Johan Jose Martinez-Rangel, 22, and Franklin Jose Peña Ramos, 26, are facing capital murder charges for the killing of 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray in Houston.
As per the source nypost Arrested on June 20, three days after Jocelyn’s body was discovered in a shallow creek, both men are now being held on a $10 million bond each.
Houston Police Department reports indicate that surveillance footage captured the suspects with Jocelyn the evening before her death.
