Built in 1967 and situated in the 3200 block of S.E. 167th Ave., Portland, the single-family home sold for $500,000 ($271 per square foot; December). The house has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and 1,844 square feet of living space. The land is 7,000 square feet in size. On December 12, the agreement was concluded.
6. $500K, 2 bedrooms / 1 bath
This standalone home with two bedrooms and one bathroom, located in Portland’s 6700 block of S.E. 69th Ave., sold for $499,900 in December, or $362 per square foot. Built in 1940, the property occupies a 5,000-square-foot lot and provides 1,380 square feet of living space. On December 13, the agreement was concluded.
