Situated on a 5,400-square-foot lot, this 1947-built home boasts 1,430 square feet of living space, four bedrooms, and one bathroom. On November 27, the agreement was concluded.
4. $515K, 3 bedrooms / 1 bathroom
This single-family home with three bedrooms and one bathroom, located in Portland’s 7000 block of N. Congress Ave., sold for $515,000 in November, or $442 per square foot. Built in 1913, the house occupies 1,164 square feet and is situated on a 4,300-square-foot lot. On November 26, the agreement was concluded.
5. $500K, 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms
A two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium in Portland’s 1400 block of S.W. Third Ave. underwent a change of ownership in November. This 1,931-square-foot property was constructed in 1985 and sold for $500,000, or $259 per square foot. The lot is 0.9 acres in size. On November 27, the agreement was concluded.
6. $495K, 4 bedrooms / 3 baths
The single-family home on the 3200 block of N.E. 165th Lane, Portland, was sold in November for $495,000 ($223 per square foot). It was constructed in 2004. The house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and 2,220 square feet of living space. The land is 4,200 square feet in size. On November 26, the agreement was concluded.
