20 Years On: NYSP Seeks Your Help to Solve Brian Galusha’s Homicide

CHARLESTON, N.Y. — The New York State Police are revisiting a chilling cold case from two decades ago.

On July 25, 2004, Brian Galusha, 30, was discovered critically injured on North Green Road in Charleston (Fultonville).

According to the source, despite being rushed to Albany Medical Center, he tragically passed away.

The last known sighting of Galusha was at a house party on South Green Road in Root the night before.

This location was roughly four miles from where he was later found.

Galusha’s death was attributed to skull fractures and a severe brain injury due to blunt force trauma. Authorities have classified his death as a homicide.
