A beloved teacher, Heather Minton, and her 8-year-old son, Conners, perished in a car crash on June 25th in Brundidge, Alabama. The accident, which also injured six others, has left the community reeling.
Minton, a 40-year-old science teacher at Pike County High School, was recognized as a Teacher of the Year in 2023. According to reports, the crash occurred on County Road 4421 involving two vehicles.
While the cause of the accident remains under investigation, the Brundidge Police Department confirmed the tragic loss of Minton and Conners.
