Allen Weisselberg, the former CFO of the Trump Organization, was released from Riker’s Island jail on Friday.

He had served 100 days of a five-month sentence for perjury in the civil fraud case against former President Donald Trump.

According to the source, Weisselberg had been convicted for lying under oath during his 2023 trial.

He falsely testified about the size of Trump’s Fifth Avenue apartment, inflating its size from less than 11,000 square feet to 30,000 square feet on financial statements.

His lawyer, Seth Rosenberg, confirmed Weisselberg’s release, stating he has been reunited with his family.
