Tragic Accident on I-20: Oxford Woman Loses Life in Georgia Collision

Carroll County, AL – A tragic accident occurred on July 24, when a 39-year-old woman from Oxford, Alabama, named Brandy Rodgers, lost her life in a collision.

According to the source, the incident took place on Interstate 20 in Georgia, where Rodgers was driving a white Honda.

According to the Georgia State Patrol, her vehicle collided with the rear of a tractor-trailer.

The crash happened just after 4 p.m., causing significant disruption. All westbound lanes were closed immediately after the accident, just past the Carrollton Street exit.

Traffic had to be diverted off the highway at State Route 61, leading to a backup that stretched east of the Tyson Road overpass.
