NEWBURGH — A tragic crash on Interstate 84 early Saturday morning claimed the life of an SUV driver.
According to the source, State Police reported the accident occurred around 7:40 a.m. in the town of Newburgh.
The incident involved a small compact car and an SUV. According to the preliminary investigation, the SUV rear-ended the compact car.
This impact caused both vehicles to veer off the highway, and the SUV subsequently rolled over.

The SUV driver, who was the only person in the vehicle, was pronounced dead at the scene.
