The branch manager on the 10th floor of The Gold Lich company, known as “Puppet,” activated the “mind realm” to demonstrate to the arrogant individual in front of him, Cha Jinhyuk, who happened to be his boss. He anticipated Jinhyuk’s surprise and frustration, but to his surprise, Jinhyuk remained calm and already knew about the “mind realm.”

Jinhyuk explained that the Mind Realm was an infinite realm created by dividing a person’s soul and mind. “Puppet” couldn’t comprehend how someone on the 10th floor knew of it, but he refocused and agreed to arrange a meeting with Gold Lich on the condition that Jinhyuk defeated him in a fight.

At the onset of the battle, “Puppet” was confident he would emerge victorious and utilized his skills to restrain Jin-hyuk. However, Jinhyuk swiftly broke free, leaving “Puppet” astonished. This led him to believe that Jinhyuk possessed the strategic thinking abilities of a ranker on at least the 100th floor. What worried him even more was Jinhyuk’s familiarity with his “trait.”

Taking Jinhyuk seriously, “Puppet” acknowledged that Jinhyuk was on par with him and employed his “Puppet Army” skill. This caused hundreds, if not thousands, of puppets to assemble around Jin-hyuk. With confidence, Puppet proclaimed that in the mental realm, experience equated to power, asserting that a 10th-floor climber like Jinhyuk couldn’t defeat him due to his limited experience.

Furthermore, he boasted that he had manipulated the dolls with his abilities, enabling them to climb higher than the 100th floor. Each of these mana-infused creatures possessed the strength of a ranker on the 50th floor. In an arrogant tone, Puppet declared that Jinhyuk had already lost the moment he entered his mental realm.

However, just when Jinhyuk seemed to have the upper hand, he summoned his Demon soul troops. Puppet grew fearful as Jinhyuk summoned bosses from higher floors, and Jinhyuk swiftly defeated him. Jinhyuk handed Puppet a letter, instructing him to deliver it to Gold Lich upon returning to the real world.

As Puppet had lost the wager, he reluctantly agreed but was informed that Gold Lich had the final say on whether or not to meet him, and all he could do was deliver the letter.
