Breaking: Former Trump Officials and GOP Leaders Rally Behind Kamala Harris!

Vice President Kamala Harris’ campaign made headlines on Sunday with a notable endorsement from over two dozen Republicans, including some who previously served in former President Donald Trump’s administration.

The newly launched “Republicans for Harris” initiative features nearly 30 GOP members.

Among them are Stephanie Grisham, the former White House press secretary under Trump, and Olivia Troye, who served as Vice President Mike Pence’s national security advisor.

According to the source, the list also includes Chuck Hagel and Ray LaHood, Republican cabinet members from the Obama administration.

This public shift away from the Republican presidential nominee could expose these officials to criticism from Trump and his supporters.

In a recent Truth Social post, Trump denounced those opposing him, including former Georgia Lieutenant Governor Geoff Duncan, who has endorsed Harris. Trump described Duncan as “a loser” and criticized efforts to challenge his campaign.

The Harris campaign’s strategy to attract Republican voters follows President Joe Biden’s recent withdrawal from the presidential race and his endorsement of Harris.

Since this endorsement, Harris has seen a surge in support, including record-breaking donations and increased volunteer sign-ups, which has helped narrow the gap in polls against Trump.

Despite Harris’ growing momentum, the race remains tight, with only a narrow margin expected to determine the outcome in November.

To sway undecided Republicans, Harris’ campaign is emphasizing the shift in party values and the need for a more moderate approach.

“Donald Trump’s MAGA extremism is alienating many Republicans who no longer align with his vision and are prepared to vote against him,” said Austin Weatherford, the Harris campaign’s national director of Republican outreach.
