A former security guard is facing serious charges after allegedly attacking a homeless man and shooting a dog. The incident occurred late last week and has sparked outrage in the community.
The accused, identified as 45-year-old Michael Johnson, was arrested after witnesses reported seeing him assault a homeless man in a downtown alley.
