MANOR, Texas — Manor police are asking for the community’s help in finding those responsible for a drive-by shooting in the Stonewater neighborhood.

According to the source, the incident occurred on July 21 around 6 a.m. along Almodine Road.

KVUE discovered bullet holes in the targeted home. Investigators confirmed multiple shots were fired but reported no injuries.

Melvin Thomas, a local resident, described his alarm when police arrived at his door with news of the shooting.

“There’s a lot happening that the police need to get a handle on. It’s mostly teenagers involved. We’ve seen problems before, like the Juneteenth festival shooting in Round Rock. It’s becoming a real issue,” Thomas said.

Manor police have released surveillance images of two suspects but say it’s challenging to identify them.

They are urging the public to provide any footage or information that could help in making an arrest.

The police also mentioned they were looking for a Dodge Charger or Challenger seen in the area during the shooting.

Thomas, like other neighbors, expressed concern about the rising violence.

“We all need to come together and be more vigilant. We should support each other and help law enforcement, but they also need to do more,” Thomas added.
