HOUSTON, Texas — Shocking details emerged on Monday as prosecutors in Houston revealed allegations against two men accused of luring a 12-year-old girl to a bridge, where they subjected her to a brutal assault before ending her life.
According to authorities msn, Johan Jose Rangel Martinez and Franklin Jose Peña Ramos allegedly convinced the young girl to accompany them under the guise of asking for directions.
Instead, they reportedly took her to a bridge, where they forcibly removed her pants and restrained her for two hours. The ordeal culminated in the girl being strangled to death, after which her body was discarded in a shallow creek.
