Harris Vows to Fight Like Hell to Unseat Marjorie Taylor Greene

Retired Army Brigadier General Shawn Harris has declared his intention to “fight like hell” against Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene in Georgia’s 14th congressional district.

Harris, who recently won the Democratic primary runoff, aims to end what he describes as Greene’s “toxic” career.

“I’m Shawn Harris. I defended our nation and its democracy for 40 years and retired as a Brigadier General,” Harris announced on social media. “I’m now the official Democratic candidate facing MTG.

I’m going to fight like hell to end the toxic career of Marjorie Taylor Greene.” As per to the source newsweek

Facing an uphill battle in the strongly Republican district, where Greene secured 66 percent of the vote in 2022, Harris is rallying support from all political affiliations.

In a video posted on X, he urged those dissatisfied with Greene’s performance to join his campaign.

“It’s a great night but this fight is not done,” Harris said. “I need every Democrat, every independent, and every Republican that knows Marjorie Taylor Greene is not doing a good job for us to come to Team Harris and let’s go win this thing.”

Trump expressed his support for Greene, despite criticizing her actions. “I absolutely love Marjorie Taylor Greene,” Trump wrote. “She’s got Spirit, she’s got Fight, and I believe she’ll be around, and on our side, for a long time to come.

However, right now, Republicans have to be fighting the Radical Left Democrats, and all the Damage they have done to our Country.”

As the November election approaches, Harris is focused on uniting a broad coalition to challenge Greene’s incumbency.
